In Anistar City, a young man wearing dark clothing that contrasts strangely with his brilliant blonde hair walks down the street, his arm around the hip of a young woman with flaming blonde hair in a ruffled baby blue top and matching skirt. They smile at each other in a way that makes it utterly obvious that they are besotted and a keen observer might note that they both wear rings, albeit not on their ring fingers. A couple poke balls attached to each of their belts mark them as pokemon trainers. Following closely behind their two trainers, a pair of fox-like pokemon brush against each other as they walk. Yin, Lianna's Espeon and Yang, Alek's Umbreon, follow the two. Their tails wrapping around each others as they softly purr watching the happy couple that they love so dearly together.
Something feels wrong around here today. Do you feel it too, Twin? Liana's mind contacts Alek's as a worried expression crosses her face suddenly.
Something always feels wrong, Twin. Is there something specific that you mean? Alek's face immediately drops into a guarded expression, anticipating what Liana might be thinking about.
I meant more wrong...not like my mom wouldn't let me play video games wrong, more like I'm terrified for my life wrong. Except I can't really tell which direction its coming from...
Hmm, now that you mention it, there is a certain... Thickness to it. Like its coating everything in the area.. Alek's eyebrows furrow as he glances around, looking for the source.
I haven't really felt this way since the day we walked in on that stabbing behind the docks. I'm worried. Liana chews on her lip and gives Alek's waist a squeeze.
Thing's will be just fine Twin. Yin and Yang are with us this time, and we've managed to get better at using our powers when we want. Just stay with me, Twin, and I'll make sure you're okay. Alek smiles gently at Liana and wraps his other arm around her front to reassure her.
It isn't me I'm worried about...what if people get hurt? We could help them. I don't want anyone to suffer because I didn't follow up when I know there's something wrong...
Twin... Alright. Lets go check it out, but do not let go of me for any reason, and when I decide its time to get out of there, we get out. I'm not going to put you at risk okay?
Alek pulls his hand from around her waist, and grips her hand tightly. Focusing slightly Alek determins the general location of where the thick "Wrongness" sees to seep from like a blanket of fog. Sighing slightly and turning to make sure that Yin and Yang are still following them, he beckons them forward where the four of them fall in line together before making there way deeper into the oncoming darkness.

Arietta stands at the fence next to the sundial, looking out over the ocean. The wind caressed her face and brushed her brown hair back gently. Beside her was Jeeves, Moraya, and Scim, all playing or practice-battling. She was wearing fall clothes, with long jeans and a long-sleeve black shirt. She wore a blue scarf, and tucked her face lightly inside to help warm herself. She knew that if she was in West Kalos right now, people would be making fun of her for the lack of cold resistance. She pushed off of the fence, walking over to the spinning rings of the sundial. They hummed lightly, and she recalled what Gurkinn had said about them. 'A megaring seems to react when approaching the rings.' Gurkinn looked at Arietta, eyes gleaming in scientific wonder, 'I'm still researching what exactly these rings do to it, but the results are bound to be exciting!' She smiled, that old man was really fond of his research, she loved helping him. As she stares at the rings, she feels a heavy presence in the air. She has been feeling this for days, that something was coming. She didn't like it. "Guys, lets go into our pokeballs, okay?" She calls out to them. They'd been playing all day, and it was past curfew. They whine, and she rolls her eyes, "Go on, now." They slowly return to their homes, but she remains staring at the rings. They really were beautiful, and filled with mystery. She decided to stay there longer, just pondering on things. She wanted to head out, maybe become a pokemon trainer. She still wasn't sure. Plus there was the whole Yveltal thing. She didn't know what to do with these recently acquired powers. She didn't want to just unleash death on people, no. She just wasn't really...sure. Arietta looks up at the giant rock that was shining on the rings, and just appreciated the beauty. She felt it: Tonight was going to be a long night.

What brought me here you might ask, a peaceful place surrounded by the open see, calming winds and loving people? Well I have a particular hunger for destruction and suffering, but even more so power! A rumor told me that there was a stone in the Kalos region that could grant certain pokemon the ability to evolve once more and grant them tremendous strength. I currently had two pokemon that could benefit from this relic and thus I traveled here to find it and spread chaos in this town, but for now I would act as a normal site-seer. Zoe and I were perched on the ledge outside the railing of the city, standing only inches fro the edge that could lead to us falling into the sea, but creatures like us did not fear death. This position proved just that, "We need to find the professor." I said aloud to Zoe who sat on all fours looking out over the sea, she nodded with a type of snarl suggesting she too was growing tired of the peace in this city, but for now we'd have to deal and just "enjoy" the sunset.

"So this is Anistar..." Colt looked into the city from its entrance. His black jacket slightly flapping in the sea breeze. "What do you think, Lucifer?" His Luxray, Lucifer, gave an excited bark. "Don't get distracted, Lucifer. We aren't here to admire the scenery." Colt was always looking for ways to become stronger, become better than he already was. He had gotten a tip from his mentor, Cynthia, that there were stones that could transform a pokemon past its final evolution, and Kalos was where they resided. He had earned this tidbit of information by beating Cynthia in one of their monthly practice battles. "I sure hope these mega stones are worth the trouble of beating Cynthia." Colt gazed over the city, looking for something that might lead to the mega stones. He had heard that there were some people in this town who studied mega stone, and he intended to find them. "Where to look..." Colt said, walking down the streets.

Liana finds her footsteps guiding herself and Alek increasingly towards one particular house that she quickly recognizes as the house of that nice pokemon researcher that the twins had helped out occasionally. Furthermore, the presence also seemed to be moving and approaching the house although she couldn't make out the direction, almost as if there was more than one of them.
Alek squeezes Liana's hand gently, pulling her slightly behind himself as they move closer and closer to the house seemingly just ahead of the presance. Be careful Liana. Something's not right
I know. That's why we're here, isn't it? Liana pouts slightly and then grins and leans in to kiss Alek briefly. We should stay here though. I don't want the nice old man to get hurt and its our job to keep that from happening, isn't it?
Alek sighs, before smiling and kissing her back. I suppose. Why don't you go inside and see what's going on with the Professor and I'll wait out here with Yang to see what the heck it is that's coming.
Okay, Twin, but be careful and tell me if anything goes wrong, promise? Liana squeezes Alek's hand tightly.
Pulling her hand to his lips, Alek gives it a gentle kiss, smiling at her. Of course Twin. I'll stay in contact constantly. Alek says tapping his head Just like always.
Liana smiles and knocks on the door loudly three times. The fourth time she knocks, the researcher answers. Liana pulls some emotions together quickly and bounces up and down, a huge grin spreading over her face. "Hey hey so so so the other day I was walking around and I heard this person talking about this pokemon symbiotic virus thing that they were calling Pokerus and I was curious if maybe you know anything about that?"
The old man smiles patiently and lets Liana in. "I'd be glad to educate you on Pokerus, Miss Westminster. Although I confess I am somewhat surprised that your fiance isn't with you today."
A quick glance to the side shows Liana that Alek has gone invisible, but she flows with it easily. "Oh yeah he had to go get groceries we're trying out a new recipe tonight its exciting!" Liana slips in the doorway and sits down in the old man's lounge, sipping tea with him as he lectures her about Pokerus.
Watching the door close behind her, Alek kneels down and gently pats Yangs head as he walks closer and rubs against his leg. Well buddy. We've got to make sure those two stay safe. Are you with me Yang?
Rubbing slightly back up against his leg, Yang takes a seat next to him and cocks his head slightly to the side before his deep rich voice echos in his mind. Of course Alek. Yin is in there as well remember?
Smiling down at his old friend, Alek pats his head again before the two stand back up. Both move to stand on opposite sides of the door. Both watch vigilantly down the crowded streets, trying to pick out what the source of the malice and general uneasiness could be, and Alek touches Yang's mind with the hint of an idea. The Umbreon nods invisibly and prepares to use his Confuse Ray should anyone approach the house, that they might forget what they were doing and leave the scientist alone.

Arietta waited until the sun low enough for the rings to settle back into their grooves, before she started home. The days felt like they were getting longer, and longer. She turns around and heads home, deciding on the way what she should do. "I'm going to go get some food and head over to Gurkinn's house." she says to herself, and heads off to the store. She'd cook some pot stickers, and maybe make a sandwich. Lord knows the man forgot to eat all the time, especially if he got onto a scientific subject or started on his research papers. She let Scim and Moraya out so they could help find her the ingredients. She liked to let them help in shopping, and they liked it because they could visit with the store keeper's pokemon. Moraya and Scim had been getting along ever since Moraya and him got into the fight that lead Moraya to evolve. They did everything together, but she was worried about Jeeves. Jeeves seemed to only get along with Arietta, and not many other pokemon. She wished she could talk to the pokemon and understand it. Maybe it was beat up by other pokemon? After they checked out they headed down the street, Moraya carrying two bags of groceries happily as they approached her mentor's house. She walked up to the door and knocked on it, "Gurkinn, you there?"

I had taken a seat now, watching the calm waters of the surrounding sea, I was bored of all this peace and quiet, the screams of my victims a lost memory now. It had been over two days since the last scream for mercy hit my ears, but if things didn't go my way with the professor... that would change. Zoe looked over at me with a bored look, her exspression seeming to catch on to what I was thinking, "Don't worry it will be night soon and we will have some fun." I said keeping my gaze focused on the scene before us as it darkened, a grin creeping onto my face an Zoe snickering as the excitement began to boil up in her.

Colt walked down the streets of Anistar, looking for anything that might give him a lead as to where the mega stones might be. "I can't find anything out of the ordinary besides the sundial. How about you, Lucifer?" Lucifer whimpered. "hmmmm. Well, let's go check out the sundial, see if any of the locals around there know anything." Colt approached the sundial and noticed an old lady standing by it. "Excuse me, but do you know anything about mega stone." He was very direct with his question. "I'm sorry I don't, but Gurchenn does, He's the towns leading expert on mega stones." Colt pulled out a notepad and pen. "Can you write down where he lives?" the lady took down and wrote the directions to Gurchenns on the notepad. "Thanks." Colt snatched the notepad and pen away from the lady and walked away. He had no time to waste. Colt started walking, looking at his notepad for directions.

Probably the only one NOT here for the sake of power or glory was a young woman, legitimately studying the Sundial and the intricacies of its manufacture. A pencil was in her hand and a notepad in the other, making a VERY rough sketch of the Sundial and the odd rings that gyrated at a very specific time. How unusual, though it was likely a reaction caused by the angle of the sun at that particular moment...Oh, if only she could speak to the ones responsible for this marvel! But it's not like there was some 3,000-year-old genius king just wandering around the place. That would be absolutely silly.
Beside the rather unassuming woman was a very-not-unassuming Archeops, perched on the railing and catching a bit of rest while his trainer spent her time studying, as usual. Occasionally, he'd open an eye as people passed the Sundial, glancing over to the woman after she got 'that look' in her eyes. Recognition, wariness, caution. The scientific Disciple of Mewtwo, granted the power to sense the other 'disciples' in the city, given the advantage to prepare in case of trouble. She doubted there WOULD be any trouble...But she HAD sensed disciples of Yveltal and Darkrai, the latter of which was never a good thing. However, there were Giratina and the Eon Twin disciples about as well, so perhaps she'd be able to simply sit back and work, as both she and Mewtwo wanted. She'd simply wait and see, intervene if absolutely necessary.

Alek notices the young lady and her pokemon as they approach the door and takes a wary stance, but relaxes when she calls out for Dr. Gurchenn by what appears to be some sort of pet name. That and the groceries clearly indicate that she isn't a threat to the researcher, but he sends a warning to Liana anyways.
Twin, there's some woman here to see the researcher. She seems harmless so I'm letting her in. Alek feels Liana nod telepathically and returns to his alert state at the doorway, unsurprised when he feels Yin on the inside of the doorway sniffing to investigate the newcomer.
The girl smells similar to Dr. Gurchenn, doesn't she Yang? The Espeon sends her voice to all three others and receives a confirmation from Yang.
Same scent, yeah. At the very least they hang out together because the researcher's scent definitely does NOT come from cologne or any of that other smelly stuff you humans use. Yang purrs with a slight tease at the end. I smell others approaching though, so be careful.
The hairs prickle on the back of Alek's neck as he renews his efforts at sentry, straining his empathetic senses to try to find the source of the thickness. Inside the building, Liana graciously allows the professor to interrupt his lecture on pokerus to answer the door, sitting and drinking the tea he had offered her in a chair now conveniently positioned to face the door. Yin approaches the visitor and sniffs her a few times to memorize her scent before nonchalantly sitting to groom her paw.

"Ah! It's little Ari. Come to remind me to eat again, have you?" Gurkinn teases, "Come in, come in! We were just settling down for tea and a rousing discussion on pokerus!" He laughs, and turns back in, "Sorry to say, but little Korrina is out in Shalour City again with her Father. Plus, with her being the head of the gym and all, she never visits her old Grandpa anymore." Arietta rolls her eyes, "You're such an old man when you say stuff like that." She laughs, and looks around the house to see a woman and her Espeon at the unnecessarily large dining table the old man had, "Sorry to interrupt, by the way. I'll head to the kitchen and start cooking, we're having Pot stickers and sandwiches tonight. You two can continue on your conversation. I'm sure that pokerus is very interesting, but it's not in my forte." Arietta laughs lightly, and heads off to the kitchen, pokemon in tow, "Nice to meet you by the way. I'm Arietta, the professor's part time assistant." She says stopping at the door to the kitchen, waving at the woman at the table.

Zoe was getting restless now, the peace and quiet driving her insane and I knew ahead of time that if anyone of my pokemon got overly restless and didn't cause some form of chaos within an hour of getting irritated, well lets just leave it at: Not even I can control my pokemon when they get like that. "Return." I said simply when I saw her get up and ready herself for a howl, my movement was lacking a lot of energy, mostly because I actually feed off chaos and thus when in a place like this with not an ounce of chaos I tend to get lethargic. Once I sat alone I noticed something, a feeling that resembled a warmth on the back of my neck, "Another disciple... Mewtwo." I said, I had ran into at least one of every god's lot of disciples by now and through their nightmares have seen what their powers are and can lead to. Its good to know this, but doesn't help when you still have to play a guessing game on who is and isn't a disciple. I had a way to find out, but best to keep it hidden for now, "I wonder what your doing now..." I said aloud in almost a whisper.

Eevee walked out of a pet door into the city having nidoran follow closely behind him. "Wow, the seaside smell and breeze is awesome don't you think nidoran?" Nidoran looked around at the city not knowing how to respond, he had still been confused about how they were able to travel through this weird passage way to get between kanto and kalos. "Haha calm down Nidoran, we are here now just take some time to relax and settle in, I say we walk around and get used to this city before we do anything."
Eevee continued to take lead in this odd city but soon stopped as he began to sense a follower of Mewtwo. If he remembered correctly Mewtwo followed ideals of science and the further advancement of it. Eevee wondered if this was one of the scientists from Kanto. All he could think of was his meeting with the deoxys follower. He was able to change forms and was really strong. He didn't want to go through the same thing and this time would need to be prepared against him or her. Maybe the mewtwo follower didn't know that Eevee would oppose them. It wasn't like giratina followers always went against mewtwo's ideals.
"hey Eevee why have we stopped" Nidoran called out still behind Eevee not really adjusting to the new area all too well. "Oh, sorry. Just taking in the sights." After Eevee says this he stomach growls fairly loudly. "Uhh, maybe we should find some food" Eevee states with an embarrassed look on his face. "But, we are in the city. How will we find food here?" Nidoran was right, in the city people paid for food and couldn't just salvage berries, and it wasn't exactly right to be stealing food off people. "sigh, maybe we will find something nidoran"

(OOC: Everyone can SENSE a Mewtwo disciple, but no one can PINPOINT one. ;3 However, she can sense and pinpoint all y'all. Well, not the Darkrai specifically via powers, but come on. He's the creepy dude with the creepy pokemon acting all evil and creepy in the same direction as she can sense the Darkrai disciple. Not a hard nut to crack. :I)
Disciples were Jess's thing to sense. Pokemon were Plume's thing to smell. The wind changed, and the ancient Pokemon got a whiff of some wandering into town. He made a hungry growl, and Jess paused in her sketching to scratch his neck. "We'll go get something to eat in a minute, all right? Don't go eating random Pokemon in the city." She cooed, the Archeops relenting, though hopping off the railing for now. He followed Jess around the Sundial as she touched up her sketches and notes, perking up as she closed her research and tucked it into her bag. She smiled down at her revived Pokemon. "There! Now, I think there's a cafe in town somewhere; they should have something for the both of us."
The pair wandered off towards the main part of town, and the signals for most of the disciples became stronger. Notably in a nearby house; Yveltal and the Eon Twins, it seemed. The others also seemed to be approaching the same house, for whatever reason, if her tracking was correct...Quite strange. The ever-present trainer part of her wanted to explore the anomaly, but her years on this world have taught her to not go barging into others' homes without any real reason. Luckily, it seemed the cafe was nearby; how convenient. She'd simply keep an eye - er, mind - out on the others, and try to calm things down if needed. She didn't want them destroying anything valuable, after all. Like the Sundial, or the town itself.

Colt looked down at his notepad, following the directions untill he arrived at his destination. "So, this is the Professors house..." Colt looked at in curiosity. Lucifer looked up at him and growled. "Okay, fine. We'll go get something to eat first." They had arrived in Kalos 14 hours prior and hadn't eaten since. "Well, lucky us, there is a cafe nearby. Surely they've got some food for us." Colt walked towards the cafe with Lucifer in tow.

Jess had taken a seat just inside at the counter; close enough to the door that she could leave if need be. Plus, they wouldn't allow Plume on the carpets. With good reason, seeing him tear into the two steaks they set on a dish on the floor for him. He wasn't the neatest eater. The professor merely chuckled at her pokemon's antics, sipping her drink and pausing in her own meal as she sensed a disciple coming her way. Giratina, if she was correct. Likely nothing to worry about, but she'd remain on alert. To appear busy, she took out her notebook, filled with sketches and notes from her Kalos research, and looked up at the chef behind the counter.
"Ah, pardon me, sir, but would you know anyone in town with knowledge about the sundial's origins, or how it works?"
The man shook his head. "No, madame, I believe the sundial's history is an enigma to us all. However, it does seem to be related to some sort of special evolution, which one of our senior citizens knows much about." Jess sighed. "Thank you anyway, sir." She wasn't interested in furthering her pokemon's strength; she had enough of that in her youth. Perhaps it was time to return to Geosenge and continue her work with the stones.

Eevee and nidoran looked around the town attempting to find a place where they might be able to get food but it proved impossible without stealing or buying something, not to mention without a trainer pokemon wouldn't be allowed into the cafe's that were around the town. It was another one of those things where humans had control over everything and didn't allow pokemon to live in the cities unless they were owned by a human. They only got more hungry as they looked around.
"Hey Eevee i have an idea, I will go out that way and you go that way and maybe then we can find some berries to eat. We cant just go hungry while we are here" "Good idea, meet back near the pokecentre with what you find i'll go this way and you go that way." Eevee and nidoran then split up with Eevee heading towards route 17 and nidoran toward route 18.
Not long after Eeveee looked around in route 17 he found a pileup of snow that he wouldn't be able to walk though without anywhere else he could go to find berries. "Looks like this is a dead end, hopefully Nidoran can find something in his direction." Eevee headed back toward Anistar city where he would wit for Nidoran to return hopefully with some food.
In route 18 Nidoran walks around walking between some trees before he finds a tree containing a few oran berries hanging up high. "Hmm, if i can hit this tree hard enough then they might fall down" Nidoran sends two kicks at the tree causing it to shake and drop 3 berries out of the tree. He picks up the berries holding them by the stem in his mouth. As nidoran turns around he see's an angry looking durant staring at him. Nidoran backs off a few steps before running around the tree having the durant chase after him. He runs the durant around the tree 2 times before running back the way he came towards the city.
Eevee sat by the pokecenter as he heard nidoran come running sreaming. "Eevee, his chasing after meeee!" As Eevee looks closer he finds that the durant is running not too far behind. As Nidoran runs close by Eevee begins running aside him. "What did you do nidoran?" "I don't know he doesn't seem too happy about us having these berries." The two pokemon continue to run past cafe's, houses and the sundial making a fair bit of noise and a mess as they knocked over rubbish bins and pot plants.

Jess blinked as she heard what appeared to be a freight train running through town...With a Giratina disciple in the lead, oddly enough. Quite strange; they had always seemed to be so calm. She set down her glass and peered outside, with Plume at her side, and the pair watched an Eevee and Nidoran , holding berries and seemingly chased by a very angry Durant. She frowned as they seemed to head towards the Sundial, then nodded to Plume. "Plume, be a dear and help out those two." Plume nodded and bolted off afterwards, with Jess waiting in front of the cafe.
Plume was a very speedy Archeops, soon catching up to his Durant 'prey' and pouncing, his powerful claws gripping at the armored ant and finding hold. Quick as a flash, he slashed and bit at the creature's neck, and - given the fact he was far too overleveled for everything in the area - soon stopped the rampage. Many people had stopped and dodged the panicked parade, and a few let out a cheer as the chaos subsided. Plume hopped off the Durant - merely knocked unconscious, of course - and began to drag it outside of town, paying little mind to the Eevee and Nidoran he just saved.

As the two continued to run away from the durant nidoran tripped and fell to the ground with the durant continuing to catch up to him. "Eevee, help!" As Eevee hears this he turns around to see Durant coming up to him opening up its mandibles as they start to glow reddy to attack with a guillotine attack. Seeing Nidoran in trouble Eevee began to glow changing into Espeon ready to take out the durant but soon after he changes the durant is taken out by some mysterious bird pokemon. It quickly takes out durant then drags it away.
Nidoran remained fearful feeling he was done for and Eevee remained slightly confused as he looked at the strange pokemon. After a short time Eevee changes back feeling a fair bit of pain but due to not doing much while in the evolved form wasn't weakened too much. "did you see that nidoran, what was that bird pokemon?" "I didn't see anything, i was too afraid to look." Eevee sighed as he looked at nidoran, "Well lets go eat. No use staying hungry right?" Eevee and nidoran began to walk off toward the sundial to eat. Eevee was hoping that no scientist saw his short evolution change and he himself didn't really know what brought it on, but he knew if he was spotted his plan of taking out the scientists in this region would be a lot harder.
As the two arrived at the sundial they sat down by the stone wall with Nidoran passing an an oran berry to nidoran. They began to eat as they looked at the weird massive stone that lied on the bridge. "That thing is huge, I wonder how it got here, what do you think eevee?" "No idea. it looks quite cool though. As they continue to eat they spot 2 scientists walk up to the sundial. "So this is the thing? They say this has some connection to mega stones don't they?" One scientist stated to the other. "Yea, if we find the stone for gardevour now then we wont have to later when that stupid ralts evolves." "Well we have a year to reach the conclusion of our experiment. Maybe we can force the pokemon to stay in mega form, would be quite a feat to obtain." The two scientists laughed as they walked away from the sundial.
"Stupid humans, They just wont stop messing with pokemon. Lets go nidoran, we can continue to eat on the way, if we don't go now it will be even harder to find the lab that they are working in." "Okay, but don't go too fast, i just ate" The two pokemon began to follow the scientists to see where they were headed.

"Fa-fa-fa-fa-fa-fa-fa-fa-fa~"
The sound was an unusual and constant, drawing the attention of the people nearby. Along with the odd voice came the sound of wide webbed feet as the noisemaker marched confidently down the street. It was rather hard to not turn and stare at the odd little bird pokemon that had suddenly decided to wonder into town. The Farfetch'd was a little on the tall side, at least when compared to others of its species, with a long orange scarf covering its beak and a scar over one eye. Even for a species known for being peculiar, this particular Farfetch'd seemed determined to stand out.
"Fa-fa-fa-fa..." he continued chanting, looking about himself curiously, and blinked his good eye as he realized that he was starting to draw something of an audience. The Odd Duck's eyes narrowed, and his grip on his leak tightened, and he looked at the people around him suspiciously, as if viewing them as enemies. Then there was a blur of movement and the creature was gone, gaining some people more than a little surprise as they looked around to see where the pokemon had slipped off to.
Or that was the plan, but the people watching did not seem to buy it when the bird, often going by the name Hachi Ninja, tried to use his patented invisibility technique. Hachi squawked in surprise when a young boy poked his wing with a stick, "Why are you covering your eyes like that?" he asked curiously.
Hachi was stunned. This boy could see through Hachi's ancient and sacred Ninjutsu with such ease, and yet was so young... Ah, but of course, it must be a disguise. What appeared to be a young boy of seven or so with icecream stains on his shirt was in fact a Shinobi grand master... this explained everything. Hachi bobbed his head rapidly, "Far-fa, tch'd Farfectch'd far," he explained, gesturing wildly with his wings as he spoke. He continued to squawk at the boy, who seemed to be very confused by the whole thing. "Um... I've got to go now..." the little boy said, backing away from Hachi when he heard a woman calling for him. The Farfetch'd waved cheerfully, and then sighed, basking in the knowledge that a master ninja such as himself could gain even from such a brief encounter with a grandmaster.
Suddenly, the bird looked up to the right, "Squawk!?" he demanded in shock as his invisible friend informed him that the boy was just a little boy, and that Hachi had been spotted simply because he was in idiot. This could not be, impossible, madness... Made a whole heck a lot of sense really.
"So, what are we doing here, Hachi?" Chirpy, the giant invisible squirrel asked the Odd Duck, to which Hachi quacked an explanation, "You don't know... what about what you said yesterday, about destiny and the fate of the world?" The imaginary creature asked, watching as Hachi hopped on a short bald man's head, threw his wings wide and began squawking a long poem promoting the benefits of having a lot of fiber in your diet.
Hachi stopped his poem and pecked at his 'stage' viciously as the man tried to knock Hachi off of his head. "Far, farfetch'd," he explained to Chirpy, "Oh... that was yesterday... of course," the Pooka said, and sighed, brushing a paw along his big fluffy tail. "How big of an idiot can you be?" he asked, which caused Hachi to pause, having the man he had been attacking flat on his hands and knees as Hachi beat at the poor human with the Farfetch'd's signature leak. He walked to Chirpy and then nodded, "FarFetch'd, Fetchfar'd," he commented serrenly, and than march off into the distance, a determined look in his mad eyes.
"What do you mean there's only one way to find out? ... Hachi... put the dynamite down, where did you even get it from... Yes, it is important that we know where it came... And... you're eating it," the squirrel muttered as he slapped a paw to his forehead, watching Hachi expand like a balloon for a moment before he returned back to normal. Not for the first time, Chirpy desperately wished he could be the figment of somebody else's imagination. Oh well, there was no changing things now... "Hey, put the sledgehammer down, that gnome hasn't done anything to you... don't bother with the puppy eyes, you know that doesn't work on me."

As Plume was returning from 'escorting' the Durant out of town, he paused and watched the crazy Farfetch'd rant for a few moments. He let out a short, squawking laugh, then continued on back to the cafe. 'Mama Jessi' was going to love hearing about THAT! Most people were too distracted by the 'Odd Duck' to notice an ancient, non-native fossil pokemon trotting down the streets. Though, one eager trainer DID try throwing a pokeball at him, to no avail. Plume blinked as the ball bounced harmlessly off him, looked down, then kicked it to the side before continuing.
Jess was still outside the cafe whenever Plume returned, a bounce in his step and a happy squawk from his beak. The woman closed her eyes, focusing on establishing a psychic connection with the pokemon to learn what transpired.
'Mama Jessi! Mama! You'll never BELIEVE what happened!' 'Oh? Was the Durant too challenging?' 'Nope nope nope, he was a breeze! But on the way back, there was this kooky Farfetch'd ranting in town! Seemed like he was talking to himself! Or, well, arguing with himself and losing.' '...Arguing with himself and losing? That's...Unique.'
The professor shook her head, chuckling quietly and opening her eyes after the brief chat. "You've had a big day, Plume. Rest for a bit." She said, returning him to his Pokeball and placing it on her belt once more. She considered bringing out another of her party, though most of them save Eva and Kit would get quite a few stares. Ah, well, its not like there was any danger about right now. Immediate danger, at least.

I was wondering the town now, my long black hair slightly swaying with each step and blowing with the gentle sea breeze. I was holding myself in a noticeable depressing way to at least sorta blend into the crowds of people in town, I didn't stand out much besides my all black attire with a silver chain attached to my jeans then the red X on the face of my shirt standing for something I was too lazy to explain to mostly since I was too busy picking at their brains, literally. I decided to keep all of my pokemon in their pokeball's since all of them were ready to burn this city to the ground which I wasn't ready to do till I had what I needed and even then I didn't need another warrant out for me in a region I was just visiting for the second time. I found myself in front of the fabled sun dial most adored or studied, I never really cared since the sun and I were basically enemies, but I did know there was some weird juju going on about it giving a certain boost to these megastones I have been hearing about. And when I say hearing about I mean seeing in the nightmares of some of my victims. I sighed quiet loudly as I stared at the contraption.

Hachi looked around curiously, 'Is that... a rock with wings?' he asked himself noticing the Archeops that seemed to be watching him for a moment. 'That is a rock with wings...' Hachi mused. Such a thing... it was even stranger in a way than Hachi... Hachi swung his leek experimentally, cutting a nearby tree near the base before the plant slowly fell to the ground.
Stranger than Hachi? He didn't think so.
The Farfetch'd stalked his prey expertly, never revealing himself to the target. This meant waddling a short distance behind the ancient Pokémon, waggling the black brow like feathers over his eyes playfully, placing his leek against his mouth as if it was a cigar as he 'duck walked' along. Hachi had an unusual reserve of speed, though so if the other Pokémon were to look back, Hachi would not be anywhere in sight. He would be back, doing the exact same, bizarre ritual as soon as the Archeops looked forward again.
When they arrived at the Ancient's trainer, Hachi watched patiently, waiting for the perfect moment to unleash his ultimate attack: Jump on the critter's head and peck it in the face repeatedly. It never failed. Then a red laser shot out and the Archeops returned to its pokeball...
.... Okay, it sometimes failed. It wasn't Hachi's fault that he couldn't reach the bugger anymore... Oh well.
Hachi sighed with disappointment and walked out into the open, his scarf fluttering in the air as he sulked a bit. He moved right up to the woman and leaned against her knee. "Hachi," he told her by way of introducing himself, saying the word in Human. He sighed and looked up at the woman, perhaps sensing something. "Clone?" Mew's disciple asked, not really caring if she answered. Perhaps It was because Mew is the parent of Mewtwo, or perhaps it was because she was right in front of him. It could even be that the strange pokemon was simply speaking at random, and had no clue that the woman was a disciple of Mewtwo, and merely acted like he did... perhaps not even Hachi knew for sure.
Either way, she was in front of him and she could potentially be entertaining. That's all this Farfetch'd cared about, humans were always so weird, and sometimes quite fun. Hachi saw no reason why this one wouldn't be as well.... He hadn't spent time around a human for any length of time since... Hachi shook his head, scowling as if a physical pain had shot through him, and in a way it had. His memory of that time was gone for the most part... it wasn't time to remember just yet.

Jessica had sensed another disciple following Plume. She didn't expect a weird Farfetch'd who could kind-of speak the common tongue. She looked down at the Pokemon, raised a brow, then reached into her bag. Luckily for Hachi, she simply pulled out a little mint-flavored pastry and knelt down, offering it to him. He would also feel a slight pressure in his mind as she linked to speak with him.
'A Disciple of Mew, I see. A strange follower for a strange god; I suppose it fits well.' She spoke telepathically, her mental voice calm and measured. 'You are correct in your guess; I am a disciple of Mewtwo, the clone to your Mew. As for the 'Hachi', I presume that is your name?'

Hachi blinked up at her, and squawked as she offered him food. Like most pokemon, Hachi would never turn down free food. He munched on it happily, looking up at the 'Clone'. He waggled his brow feathers at her and chuckled in thanks as he devoured the treat as swiftly as he could.
As she reached to touch her mind, Chirpy spoke up, "I would be careful with that," the Pooka warned, not that it mattered. Even if she could hear the squirrel, it would be too late. She would already be in contact with Hachi's shattered mind.
Like an endless hall of fun house mirrors that had all been shattered, hachi's mind was flicker and shift with the tiniest of lights, distorting anything that appeared in them, sometimes beyond recognition. To touch Hachi's mind would be like walking in that hallway, the floor covered in glass, and you without any shoes.
Hachi was not aware of this, however, blissfully eating his pastry as if it was the last thing he would ever get to eat. "Good stuff," the bird pokemon, said gratefully. Then he looked at her, wondering, 'why is she here?'. The sound of his voice would be distorted and twisted, but she should be able to understand him. 'Uh oh... got another weird voice in my head...' he muttered in his mind as his eyes focused to his right, looking at Chirpy. 'Better not tell Chirpy about this... he says I shouldn't listen to the voices in my head, but it's not like they're telling me to do anything bad...' he grumbled, now focusing on this newest voice. '..... Recently, anyway,' he admitted and looked around, not realizing that the woman in front of him was the source of the voice.

Jess flinched a bit as she made the mental connection, rising back to a standing position. Perhaps that connection wasn't the best idea; she broke it off after her message was sent, unsure if he even really understood it. Ah, well, you live and learn. The Pokemon didn't seem like it would be much help to either her research or to whatever was going on with the other disciples, anyway. She began heading back towards the Sundial for a final review, taking a moment to remove a Pokeball from her belt and release a hulking Golurk, who began to follow with barely a glance at the Farfetch'd.

With the crashing footsteps approaching I gaze a lazy glance over to my side to see some lady and her Golurk approaching, I had only moved my eyes to look so my action would go unnoticed, but even if it had been noticed what was the harm. I observed the contraption seemingly, but I was actually in a trance I had learned to put myself in with my own powers, by day dreaming I could create nightmares for myself and send myself into a nightmare world and enjoy it (My own personal Silent Hill) to keep myself from going on a killing spree because of the hunger for misery brought about by being a disciple of Darkrai.

Wait... what was this? What was with this woman? You don't just show interest in a Duck and then move on without a word, it was just plain rude. How rude of her to toy with his heart like this, the fickleness of women, eh? Hachi didn't see why he should just let it go at that. No reason at all. Besides, they were practically related... or something along those lines.
Clucking softly as he followed close behind the woman, certain that he was the very picture of stealth at the moment, even though in truth he was anything but stealthy, just short of stepping on the woman's heels as he followed her. Hachi didn't seem to mind the Grolunk, "'Sup?" he asked in a friendly manner, using Pokémon this time. However as soon as he asked the question, the Farfetch'd seemed to lose interest in the situation and he waddled around the area, not seeming to care where he was, or how he got here, even as he approached the sundial. And in truth, he didn't, he had forgotten all about his purpose in following the woman for the moment. After all, that was his nature.

Liana giggles a bit as Arietta comes crashing in the door with her bags of groceries and teases the old pokemon researcher. She'd been a bit worried despite Alek and Yin's assessment of her up until the point that she actually met the girl, especially since there seemed to be a weird feeling around Arietta, but now that she could see her and greet her that seemed much less important.
"Hi, I'm Liana Westminster. I live in the apartments out by the docks with my fiance, and I've talked with your um..." Liana gropes for what word would be the opposite of "assistant" for a moment before giving up, "friend here whenever I hear about curious new things in the Pokemon world. I'm a trainer, and he's very interesting and knowledgeable."
Liana trails off as Arietta moves around the kitchen putting the groceries away. "Um, I do know some things about cooking, is there anything I can do to help with that?"

As Eevee runs to catch up with the scientists nidoran turns around to see one of the oran berries he left sitting by the wall. It probably wasn't a good idea to just leave it laying there, it could be eaten later. Nidoran ran over to grab the berry but as he turns around he found he had lost track of Eevee and the scientists. He ran back to see if they were anywhere in sight but they had seemed to have already ran off. He looks around wondering what to do and decides to head over to the sundial to see that the big deal with it was.
Meanwhile Eevee continues to follow the scientists but someone calls out to them causing them to start to run away leaving Eevee to chase after them. He had to keep on their tail or else they would get away then he could never find their hideout. He chases after them as they run to the route he sent nidoran off to to get the berries, Eevee looks back to tell nidoran to keep up but finds that he had already lost track of where nidoran was. "Damn it, i will have to come back for nidoran after this is too important to not continue" After a short distance away the scientists stop to look back as Eevee hides inside a bush. "think we out ran them?" "yea i am sure we are safe" The two scientists said to each other as they continued to walk to Couriway Town.
Back at Anistar city Nidoran comes across a farfetch'd and a large rocky like pokemon with a woman walking toward the sundial. He figured with Eevee gone he had nothing else to to so maybe he could make friends, this trainer girl had a farfetch's and some strange pokemon he hadn't seen before so maybe it would be interesting to get to know them. Nidoran walked over to the group talking to the pokemon and trainer.
Although the trainer would only hear nidoran speaking as normal nidoran would he propperly greeted the other pokemon. "Hey everyone. I'm Nidoran, it's nice to meet you." Nidoran had no idea about how the pokemon would react, he had heard that farfetch'd were quite odd pokemon and he had no idea what golurk even was so it was interesting to see it walking around.
